How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to info@alltagspilot.de with subject: Account deletion request (Alltagspilot).
2. Include the account email address and your organization name so we can verify ownership.
3. We will confirm your request and process account deletion within 30 days.

What will be deleted

• Your Alltagspilot user account and login credentials.
• Personal profile data associated with your account (name, email, phone).
• Organization data linked only to your account, unless another legal basis requires retention.

What may be retained

• Data we must keep for legal or regulatory obligations (for example accounting records).
• Technical logs kept for security and fraud prevention for a limited retention period.
